Challenge accepted.
A good example inspires others, and of course, we at Verkade Klimaat couldn’t stay behind. Building a new office was the biggest challenge we’ve faced, especially after the devastating fire in 2016. But we took on the challenge and came out even stronger!

Adding smartness.
We pulled out all the stops for this project: a heat pump, heat recovery system, and state-of-the-art control technology. But the smartest thing we did was add the external blinds. First, we tackled the source: keeping the heat out! This was a clever first step in creating an energy-efficient climate.

We keep it real.
The execution was, of course, quite a feat. First, we completed the new building in 26 weeks in 2017, and then in 2022, we added another floor, all while the rest of the office remained fully operational. The work that caused the most disruption was cleverly scheduled for Saturdays, allowing the normal workflow to continue with as little interference as possible.

Done.
